Board and Chair Positions
Volunteers Needed
There are many opportunities to help the Drama Boosters; ranging from supporting individual performances as a volunteer, to chairing a particular area of responsibility (such as the cast parties), to serving as a Board member and helping ensure that the HHS theater program has the support it needs to thrive. Please consider one of the following coordinator positions, which you could share with a friend:
- PTA Liaison for HHS Drama Boosters: Attend PTA meetings, representing our group and reporting back with any relevant updates
- Fundraising Activity Coordinator(s): Coordinate specific fundraising activities (such as spirit wear or pie sales), working with our Fundraising and Budget VP, Michelle Tierney
- Front of House Coordinator: Organize the Front of House for all shows (setting up tables, chairs, signage, etc.) and working with our VP for Performances, Karyn Sandelman, to greet volunteers and help them get to their assignments

1/29/10 -- VHSL: We need volunteers to help host the judges, which includes serving breakfast and lunch. We also need volunteers to help sell concessions. Finally, we need someone to set up the Front of House.
2/10/10 -- Improvathon: We need volunteers to sell tickets, concessions, and t-shirts.
2/19 and 2/20/10 -- Children's Theatre: We need volunteers to sell tickets, concessions, and t-shirts. We also need water donations. (We may need more for this, like a cast party coordinator; I'll have to let you know after I hear back from the board members).
2/26/10 -- Evening of One-Act Plays: We will need a few volunteers to help with all front of house activities. Details to follow.
3/4-3/6/10 -- NYC trip
4/9/10 -- Creative Coffeehouse II: We will need a few volunteers to help with all front of house activities. Details to follow.
4/22-4/24/10 -- TBD: We will need a few volunteers to help with all front of house activities. Details to follow.
5/21-5/22/10 -- Much Ado About Nothing: We will need a few volunteers to help with all front of house activities. Details to follow.
6/11/10 -- Senior Showcase and Thespian Inductions: We will need a few volunteers to help with all front of house activities. Details to follow.
